Lagree Fitness is a high intensity and low impact workout performed on the Megaformer – a revolutionary upgrade from the traditional Pilates Reformer. Even though each session is only 40 minutes, you will work over 600 muscles in a single full-body class.


What’s the difference between Pilates and Lagree?

Equipment: The Megaformer is smooth and light with a sleek carriage, 2 platforms, and different handles and straps for a highly effective core-focused workout. 

Pace: In a Lagree class, every exercise is done slowly and with control, which means you’ll use more muscles at once and less momentum. 

Intensity: The transitions are quick between each Lagree exercise, so your muscles don’t take a break during class, which is why the motto is: you don’t need more time in a workout, you just need more intensity.
